I was pleased with the service but not with how my car was presented back to me. I thought it would of been cleaned inside and better washed. Compared with Skoda after care you've got a lot of catching up. I was disappointed.
This time I especially liked the video of my cars service. Clever idea

It was the quickest I've experienced, and being my 3rd mini I was impressed at the service more than on previous occasions. As I VT'd my previous vehicle and the new one was ready, Tom ensured an easy transition.
Took rather longer than anticipated
Work was done as promised and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening to my car. Timescale I was given was stuck to.

My mini is less than a year old and the air con packed up and I had to wait a week after phoning befor they could book me in and then the required part had to be ordered.
All seemed helpful and did what was needed Cost is the only reason for less than 100%

The service advisor made an internal issue between 2x Cooper dealerships (the one i purchased my car from, and the local dealership we have it serviced at) my problem, rather than resolving it himself.
Collected and delivered the car. Kept me informed of progress.

I had to refit some trim in the boot properly after the car was collected and a software upgrade disconnected both iPhones so I couldn't call my wife when I was in traffic collecting her and it took an age and internet search to resolve the issue

See above. Customer reception Mark did a great job and was placed in a difficult situation with the service team carrying out the repairs.
MOT failed on near side tyre and service agent seemed unaware of insurance policy in place for tyre replacement, even though, the exact same situation arose last year. Small point but attention to detail is important given it's a Mini policy!
We were kept up to speed with the progress of our order every step of the way.
Done what they said they would do. Got contribution from MINI for repair. (Thanks Mark). Kept me up to date through the day including when they cracked my windscreen - sorted it out same day. Provided a taxi to take me into Norwich.
car service was done as planned, re-set on the vehicle status, car was lovely and clean inside and out and bill and work explained to me.

Carl from mini Cooper sales was absolute brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. His support and help was great. He organised a 48 hour test drive, helped me out with problems surrounding my own car and always came up with positive solutions to help
Yes good as they keep you informed everytime there any news about your car
Only issue was with paying the agreed cash part exchange. We had to pay agreed cash balance by 30 June which as we were away from home was not straight forward.
