There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Due to coronavirus I was given a 15 minute time slot to arrive and I was seen on time. My car was serviced and I have had no problems since.

Obviously it wasn't your normal car purchase being stuck in the middle of a Covid 19 pandemic, but Matt was very good and professional. Considering we only went to look at a used Mini and ending up walking out with a new one, he was excellent.
