    This is the very first time I have not given the dealership top ratings. Our experience was marred by the total lack of disrespect shown to us as loyal customers by the cleaning company used by Coopers, no apology offered by third party.

    Mini clearly focus on cool and this works. But, if you compare the customer journey to more 'conservative' dealers VW then there are times when the level of engagement with staff can appear off hand.

    I telephoned to book my car in, explained that I had a light showing, I thought it was the brake pads over the telephone I was told it was just because it was in need of a service I needed brake pads and discs
