3 attempts to fix the rear washer so far its had the motor assembly replaced twice in less than 6 months. Problem with heavy rust misting and whine from Polly belt not resolved can not find fault. paint work issues not inspected.

Same as above. The customer service is excellent, but I don't like the idea of the courtesy car excess being £1000 which is reduced to £50 for a £15 payment. It pressurises you into paying the £15.

Molly was really personal and was there even when off work! She would email me and keep me updated and when I requested to not take payment in front of my husband she sorted it
I live a distance from the mini garage I purchased from, the garage arranged delivery to me which helped immensely
It is very efficient, however cannot give a fifth star as the replacement parts are so expensive.

Smooth experience from start to finish. The only thing to possibly mention was that the courtesy car could have been cleaner inside, but that's really only a minor thing!

I used their service centre to repair the drivers door not opening, on collecting the vehicle its and driving home the warming lights for anti traction and tyre lights are now constantly on. Called them on arriving home and they said check tyres.
I could not have asked for any more time or attention that I received. Nothing was too much trouble.
