My mini was put in a room where I could go and set up my Bluetooth and really look at my new car. I’d never seen it before as it had come from over 200 miles Away so this felt really personal.

It would have been a 5 but you no longer provide the 5 day insurance which added pressure to get that sorted ready for collection and you also no longer provide a complimentary gift with a new purchase which was a personal touch which was great

The fixed £99 investigation charge is less than agreeable.I am confident in this instance the problem would have been identified in far less than one hour (Assuming £99 is your hourly rate).

Received a telecom to inform the service had been completed earlier than expected, so was able to collect before rush hour started. Car had also been washed and valeted inside which was a bonus!

The service was completed extremely well, but there was too much waiting around for a lift into the city. Also obtaining a curtesy car seemed to be an issue. After the service it took a long time returning my car to its settings i.e. Lights on auto

My Countryman is just 3 years old and much appreciated the health check offered prior to getting an MOT. Was able to to use a courtesy car for the day. Staff were very helpful.
