Yes. However I was expecting the car to have a valet and was disappointed that it wasn't done very well.Also I received a message with a link to a website. This allowed me to access video of the health check on my car but I couldn't hear anything.

Very attentive staff made you feel special and you didn't feel pressurised or hassled. You were left to browse. The experience was very relaxing and friendly. I especially liked your hot chocolate!

not happy they disconnected the dash cam. If you are collecting my car i think the dash cam should be on constantly ... unless you are trying to hide something!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found the attitude of some the staff slightly condescending/patronising and, when I had an issue (i.e. unable to tie down a delivery date), dismissive.
I was kept well informed, any additional work was checked with me and work not deemed necessary was not completed and reported back to me. I felt the price was competitive and staff take the time to look after customers.
